Intensive Care is provided to patients with serious health conditions and may become life threatening. There could be several reasons for providing Intensive care to patients. In KVT Hospitals, there are two ways a patient is moved to ICU. Patients are typically admitted into Emergency Care where the diagnosis by doctors is to move the patient to ICU. Another way is, Patient is moved from Surgery to ICU and this is to monitor the patient on a Continuous basis until the patient is stabilized and could be moved to normal ward.
